The basic parameters of bridge crane include:
1. Rated lifting capacity. When the main and auxiliary hooks are set, the rated lifting capacity is expressed by fraction, the numerator represents the lifting capacity of the main hook and the denominator represents the lifting capacity of the auxiliary hook.
2. Span. Also known as span, it refers to the distance between two parallel rails traveled by the crane. The span of the crane is generally 1.5m smaller than that of the workshop, and its span is one level every 3M, from 10.5m to 31.5m. The span greater than 31.5m is a non-standard span.
3. Speed. The speed is determined according to the busy degree of the crane. The working speed of light class is lower and that of heavy class is faster. The lifting capacity is small, the speed can be faster, the lifting capacity is large, and the speed should be slowed down, otherwise, it is unfavorable to safety.
The speed of general bridge crane includes four aspects:
First, the speed of the cart. There are three crane moving speeds: 80, 100 and 120m / min;
The second is the trolley speed. The moving speed of the trolley is generally 40m / min;
The third is the lifting speed of the hook. Generally 8-20m / min;
Fourth, the lifting height. The standard lifting height of the hook is 12m, and every 2m increase is one level until 32m.
